Click on the photo to view the slideshow. This small housing project was done as a gated community on the island of Margarita. It is a private development and each house was custom designed for the individual owner. The compressed earth blocks were combined with many other building materials such as stone, wood, brick and ceramic to produce unique custom homes. There is a community building commonly shared with a swimming pool and barbeque.
